OK, here it goes this is day one of me trying once again to loose the weight. Seems like you don't realize how big you are until you see yourself in pictures. You say WOW ! is that really me? Yup it is you all 183 lbs. I cannot believe it. I have 30 lbs that I want to loose and a hard road to get there. You can follow and support me on this blog if you have a desire to loose weight or if you have been there and want to walk the journey with me. I have found that for me just a good support system can get me to where I need to be.
Since I could not yet decide I decided to eat light until I could make up my mind which way to go. The summer is the hardest time to stick to a diet. Barbecues, Parties and just good eats.
I think about Atkins because I can eat all the meat I want and eliminate all/most of the carbs..but then I think heck sometimes i will want that chip, slice of bread and or any of the other good things I have to give up.
I think why not Weight Watchers heck I am a life time member and as I said before it worked for me. I stopped following the change of eating and tracking what I eat and that is fatal.
Cooking Thin seems like it might be good but you know if you don't cook it will be hard to cook yourself thin. I have to convince my husband to cook for me. He might do it since I am always expressing my dissatisfaction with my looks.
I didn't do to bad for my first day this is all I had for the day other then a small burger on whole grain wheat bread. Didn't think to take a picture of that. I ate it as fast as I made it.
I always start my day like this....The Green daily Detox and the Acai Berry juice. When you don't eat properly I learn that the body does not work properly. You loose something to gain something.
